Shipping and Returns

Canada

All items are shipped via Canada Post package mail. Rates and delivery options are provided by Canada Post at checkout based on location and package weight.

United States

All items are shipped via UPS or Purolator. US Customs will assess the order and apply the applicable tariff that will be collected from you by the courier.

We offer a 14 day return policy on the items we sell.

To be eligible for a return, please contact us at contact.luxmrkt@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving the item. Let us know your order number, which item that you will be returning, and we'll begin the return process.

Bring the item back to us at our store, or ship it to us at the provided address. Once received, we'll issue a refund or exchange it for another item, whatever you wish.

Returned items must arrive to us in same condition as it was at the time of sale, and still have the tags attached. Health and personal care items are non-returnable. Original shipping charges are not refunded.
